Day 1
Upon arrival in Paro, you will be greeted by our tour guide and taken to your hotel in Thimpu. Take some time to settle in and acclimate to the altitude. After check-in, you will visit the National Memorial Chorten and Tashichho Dzong. In the evening, take a stroll around the city and explore the local markets. It is important to choose a place that both partners will enjoy much, and Thimpu city is the perfect place for couples to celebrate their honeymoon.
Thimphu Sightseeing
Day 2
Today on second day, after breakfast, visit the National Library, the Painting School and the Textile Museum. Afternoon, visit Buddha Dordenma, a giant statue of Buddha that provides a panoramic view of the city. Buddha Dordenma is a gigantic statue of Lord Buddha. The statue is made of bronze and stands at a height of 169 feet (51.5 meters). It is considered to be one of the largest Buddhas in the world. In the evening, visit the Handicrafts Emporium and other local markets. You may also decide to simply relax and spend time together, enjoying each other’s company.
Thimphu - Punakha
Day 3
On third day, after breakfast at hotel, drive to Punakha, the ancient capital of Bhutan. Punakha is a district and town located in western Bhutan. It is known for its beautiful Punakha Dzong, which is a major attraction for tourists. On the way, stop at Dochula Pass, a high mountain pass located at an altitude of 3,100 meters, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The pass is decorated with 108 chortens, also known as stupas, and is a popular spot for photography enthusiasts. After that take a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, A Buddhist temple located near Punakha, also known as the "Temple of Fertility". The temple is dedicated to the famous saint, Drukpa Kunley, who is believed to have possessed magical powers that could help couples conceive. The temple is visited by many couples seeking blessings for fertility and childbirth. Upon arrival in Punakha, check-in at the hotel and visit Punakha Dzong, built at the confluence of two rivers.

Day 4
On the forth day of your honemoon, drive to Paro and visit the famous Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as Tiger's Nest. It is located about 10 kilometers from the town, this iconic landmark is nestled on a cliff at an altitude of 3,120 meters and offers stunning views of the valley. You can also visit the Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan. In the evening, explore the local markets and do some shopping.
Departure from Paro
Day 5
On the fifth Day after breakfast, take a leisurely stroll around the town, do some souvenir shopping and enjoy a Bhutanese meal at one of the local restaurants. Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. Finally, your 5-day honeymoon tour of Bhutan comes to an end with sweet memories.
