Our small group of four would like to say a big thank you to MagicBox and Paridhi Jain, in particular, for her tireless effort in keeping tabs on us throughout the planning and execution of our recent (March 2018) north India trip for a colleagues' wedding and to cheerfully agreeing to the multiple changes we came up with at the last minute prior to travel.
Likewise, for her patience as she listened and made every effort to quickly resolve any issues that occurred...such as the problem we faced on the first day with our wifi access aboard our touring vehicle. Another example was the issue we faced with the more limited weight allowances on some internal flights compared with the international flights in/out of India which we had booked on our own. This was corrected with a phone call to our Delhi hotel requesting that they hold some of the excess baggage--not required for the India portion of our travel--until we passed through again later in our itinerary.
This service level was the game changer for us!
We had an extraordinary time touring this great country. From the loud, rambunctious celebration of national pride on display during the Pakistan [Wagah] border ceremony, to the breathtaking 'Taj', to the peaceful desert camp and morning safari at Manvar, a couple hours outside of Jodhpur, to the intimate cooking demonstration in Udaipur.
Honestly, every time we thought the next stop could never measure up to the current location, we were proved wrong. And all this at a price that fit our limited budget. Thanks again for everything!

My wife and I used Magic Box when we decided to holiday in northern India last October. We exchanged rough ideas about what we wanted to do and with input from them we finally agreed on where we would go and what we wanted to see.Viraj met us at New Delhi airport with our designated driver and took us to our hotel. Every day we arranged our pick up time and although we had an itinerary set out for each day, we were able to adjust it as the day went on without any problems. we took in some of New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Udaipur with great hotel stays at each city, including a luxury tent stay in Pushkar.Almost every evening Viraj phoned us to check that all had gone well with the driver, the guide for each city and our trip in general.Fantastic customer relations and we would highly recommend this company for trips to India and many other countries.

Viraj and his team at Magic Box organized an amazing trip for our family of 4 around Rajasthan in April 2019. This was our 3rd trip to India organized by them. Our van & private driver, Indu was very attentive and caring on this 2,000km trip from Udaipur to Jodhpur to Jaislamer back to Delhi over 10-days. We stayed in Heritage hotels and had local tour guides for each location, which were well informed, friendly and enjoyable for our family. Well done to Magic Box, if we come back to India again, we will certainly use them for organizing our trip! thank you Viraj.

We had a very enjoyable trip to Rajasthan beginning end of November 2018. It was a 10 day trip very memorable and comfortable made by the fantastic team of Majic Box Holiday. Paridhi Jain specially took care of all our requirements to the tee with her excellent services. She made sure they we had the most comfortable cars and informative drivers wherever we went., and also the best hotels which suited our needs. From Jaisalmer to Jaipur when our flight got cancelled she made sure to put us on the flight 1 day before and when our day in Jaisalmer for cut she gave us an xtra day in Jaipur at no cost. Paridhi and her boss specially came down to Jaipur to visit us to make sure we were ok after this mishap, and hosted a dinner for us too.
This gesture really touched us, and we highly recommend this company for their services. They really know well to take care of their clients by adding a very personal touch.

We had already used their services when we had travelled to Australia with my grandparents. Then also they had done everything for us and they were quite good. This time we decided to go for a small family luxurious and relaxing trip to Orccha and Jhansi. Magic box Holidays out did themselves in this trip. My father and I are all about history and my mother was mostly concerned of eating authentic Bundelkhandi food. We told Paridhi from Magic box the reasons for visiting and what all we would like to do. She got a us a wonderful deal in Amar Mahal hotel which is most luxurious in Orccha with breakfast and dinner included. She had also made sure that we had an amazing driver throughout the trip who was very knowledgeable about the area. He took us to those restaurants which serve the best food in the area (we confirmed this by googling the restaurants). The last day was Christmas so we requested the driver to see some celebrations so he gladly took us to a church in Jhansi. We had changed the plan at the last moment to go to Peetambhara peeth and we told Paridhi about the same. She very effortlessly got us through it. My parents really enjoyed the trip. So I would definitely recommend Magic box holidays. Also Paridhi and Viraj from Magic box gave us a bag of goodies when they came to visit us in Delhi.
